Hearing on Revenue Shortfall, May 5

Notice is hereby given that the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District has scheduled a public hearing for 2pm Wednesday, May 5, 2004, in downtown Oakland at 1600 Franklin Street in the 2nd floor Board Room, to accept comment on the issue of whether the District is facing a fiscal emergency under Public Resources Code Section 21080.32 and Section 15285 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines. The District must respond within 30 days of this public hearing to suggestions made by the public at this meeting.

Comment submitted prior to the public hearing must be received no later than 2pm on May 5, 2004. Mail written comment to Rose Martinez, District Secretary, AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Oakland, California, 94612; faxed to 510 891-7157; or sent by email to rmartine@actransit.org.
