On the Street with Six Graders

In June 2004, AC Transit and ISE Corporation presented their 30 foot Zero-Emission Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus to a group of sixty 6th graders at Berkeley’s Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School. Following an onboard presentation about the potential of hydrogen fuel cells, and many excellent and challenging questions, the students experienced the quiet sound and smooth ride of the bus as they took a ride through the streets of Berkeley. In appreciation of our visit, AC Transit and ISE received this beautifully drawn thank you note from the students. Thank you!
