The Transbay Joint Powers Authority recommended that developer Jack Meyer receive $58 million for his property at 80 Natoma St. The property has been at the center of an emminent domain action taken by the TJPA to secure the new Transbay Terminal project.
Although the TJPA board members were not all in agreement on the figure, they were all anxious to resolve the lawsuit brought by Meyers to avoid further delay on the project. The San Francisco Board of Supervisors will vote on the recommendation at their October 11 meeting. Check the Examiner and the Chronicle for more details.
