Your Input Is Invited at Community Workshops in May

Due to significant cuts in state funding and the general economic downturn, AC Transit is facing the prospect of a $57 million deficit in the next budget year, starting July 1. Among its cost-cutting strategies, the District must begin planning for service reductions, likely to take effect later this year.

A series of community workshops is scheduled to gather input from bus riders and all others concerned. This input will be used in the planning process. You are invited and encouraged to attend.
