Transbay Passenger? Take our Survey!

If you’re a transbay bus passenger, you’re invited to take a short online survey  about your experience using TransLink. We’re looking for feedback from those of you who are using TransLink — whether you’ve used it for some time or just tried it recently. We’re also interested in hearing from you if you have not tried TransLink.

Since AC Transit’s recent elimination of transbay paper tickets, many of you have switched to TransLink. Now it’s your turn to tell us what your TransLink experience has been like so far.

Everyone who participates may enter a drawing to win a free 31-day Transbay pass on a TransLink card. The deadline to complete the survey is November 20.
