New Clipper Customer Service Centers in Downtown SF

News Articles
03/10/2011

If you travel to San Francisco and use Clipper, now you can take advantage of Clipper’s two new downtown customer service centers! The level of service at these centers is more comprehensive than at retail outlets such as Walgreens, where customers can only add cash or passes. Both of the new locations, one in the Embarcadero BART/Muni station and the other in the Ferry building (the Bay Crossings store), have staff trained to exchange a defective or damaged card on the spot, or apply value from your workplace transit benefits debit card or vouchers to your card.  You can also pick up a youth or senior Clipper card valid on most participating systems.  And of course, you can add cash value and passes for any of the seven participating transit systems.

Visit the Clipper kiosk in the Embarcadero BART/Muni station weekdays only, 5:45 a.m. – 7 p.m.  The Bay Crossings store is open 6:45 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday.
