Bus Service Disruptions and Detours in Downtown Oakland

Status update, 5:38am, Thursday, 10/27. Regular service running in downtown Oakland. All bus lines in downtown Oakland are once again running regular service.

Should it become necessary, the following detours will be put into place:

Lines 1 and 1R to Berkeley will serve regular stops on International Blvd. at 2nd Ave. and on Telegraph Ave. at 24th St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 1 and 1R to Bay Fair BART will serve regular stops on Telegraph Ave. at 24th St. and on International Blvd. at 2nd Ave., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 11 to Piedmont will serve regular stops at Lake Merritt BART station and on Harrison St. at Grand Ave., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 11 to the Dimond District will serve regular stops on Harrison St. at 21st St. and 7th St. at Jackson St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 12′s (to Berkeley BART) first regular stop will be Broadway at 20th St.

Line 12 to downtown Oakland will serve the regular stop on Broadway at W. Grand Ave. and layover at a temporary stop on Jackson St. at 8th St.

Line 14 eastbound is running regular service.

Line 14 to downtown Oakland will only service its terminal in downtown Oakland.

Line 18 to Albany will serve regular stops on E. 18th St. at Athol Ave. and on T. L. Berkley Way (20th St.) at Broadway, but not regular stops between those points.

Line 18 to Montclair will serve the regular stop on T. L. Berkley Way (20th St.) at Broadway and E. 18th St. at 3rd Ave., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 20 eastbound is running regular service.

Line 20 to downtown Oakland will only service its terminal in downtown Oakland.

Line 26 to Emeryville will serve regular stops on 14th St. at Brush St. and on 1st Ave. at E. 15th St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 26 to Lakeshore Ave. will serve regular stops on 14th St. at Brush St. and on 14th St. at Oak St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 40 southbound is running regular service.

Line 40 to downtown Oakland will only service its terminal in downtown Oakland.

Line 51A to Rockridge BART will serve regular stops on 8th St. at Harrison St. and on Broadway at 20th St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 51A to Fruitvale BART will serve regular stops on Broadway at W. Grand Ave. and on Broadway at 9th St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 58L to Eastmont Transit Center will service regular stops on Broadway at 7th St. and Grand Ave. at Perkins St., but not regular stops between those points.

Line 58L to Oakland Amtrak will service Grand Ave. at Perkins St. and on Broadway at 7th St., but not regular stops between those points.

Lines 72, 72M, and 72R to Richmond will serve regular stops on San Pablo Ave. at W. Grand Ave. and on Broadway at 12th St., but not regular stops between these points.

Lines 72, 72M, and 72R to Jack London Square will serve regular stops on San Pablo Ave. at W. Grand Ave. and on Broadway at 11th St., but not regular stops between these points.

Line 88 southbound is running regular service.

Line 88 northbound will serve 12th St. at Harrison St. and 12th St. at Martin Luther King, Jr. Way, but not regular stops between those points.

Line 800 to San Francisco will serve regular stops on Telegraph Ave. at W. Grand Ave. and on 7th St. at Center St. (W. Oakland BART Station), but not regular stops between these points.

Line 800 to downtown Oakland/Richmond will serve regular stops on 7th St. at Center St. (W. Oakland BART Station) and on Telegraph Ave. at 24th St., but not regular stops between these points.

Line 801 to downtown Oakland will serve its last regular stop on 12th St. at Harrison St., but not regular stops after this point.

Line 801 to Fremont BART will begin serving regular stops on International Blvd. at 2nd Ave., but not regular stops before this point.

Line 802 to Berkeley Amtrak will begin serving regular stops on San Pablo Ave. at W. Grand Ave.

Line 802 to downtown Oakland will stop making regular stops on San Pablo Ave. at W. Grand Ave.

Line 805 to the Oakland Airport will begin serving regular stops on Grand Ave. at Park View Terrace.

Line 805 to downtown Oakland will stop making regular stops on
Grand Ave. at Park View Terrace.

Line 840 to Eastmont Transit Center will begin serving regular stops on 1st Ave. Pl. at E. 14th St.

Line 840 to downtown Oakland will stop making regular stops on 12th St. at Webster St.

Line 851 to Fruitvale BART station will serve regular stops on Broadway at W. Grand Ave. and 7th St. at Franklin St., but not regular stops between these points.

Line 851 to downtown Berkeley will serve regular stops on 8th St. at Broadway and on Broadway at W. Grand Ave., but not regular stops between these points.
