Law enforcement is enacting roadblocks in response to street demonstrations
OAKLAND, Calif. – The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) wishes to alert riders that due to street demonstrations, law enforcement in several of our service areas, are enacting detours and roadblocks for public safety. Alameda County law enforcement is also asking East Bay residents to stay home unless personal travel is necessary.
As a result, AC Transit is temporarily suspending modified service bus lines, through midnight Sunday, May 31st which include: 1, 6, 7, 10, 12, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 40, 41, 45, 46, 51A, 51B, 52, 54, 56, 57, 60, 62, 65, 67, 72,72M, 72R, 73, 79, 80, 86, 88, 90, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 200, 210, 212, 215, 216, 217, 232, 239, 251

The following Richmond bus lines continue to operate: 70, 71, 74, 76 and 376.
