Biography:
Jeff Davis, a business and residential security systems sales representative, was elected in November 2006 and re-elected in 2010 to represent Ward 5 and currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors. He has been active in transportation at the local government level for more than 20 years, which included service as the Administrator of Santa Clara County’s Measure B Transportation Improvement Program that built $1.5 billion of rail and highway projects over a nine-year period. In addition, Director Davis has also served as the Chief Fiscal Officer for the Contra Costa Transportation Authority, and he is a former member of the Fremont Unified School Board where he served one term. Director Davis earned his Bachelors Degree from Yale University and received a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
