Customer Service Center (COVID-19 Service Updates)
The Clipper Customer Service Center in Downtown Oakland has reopened in a temporary location in the lobby of AC Transit General Offices at 1600 Franklin in downtown Oakland.
At the temporary location, you can:
- Apply for a new or replace a Clipper card
- Add fare products to your Clipper card
- Purchase BART tickets (Senior and Disabled only)
- Renew RTC card or report lost/stolen (no new applications accepted at this time)
You can speak with a live Customer Service Agent by calling 510-891-4777 on weekdays from 6:00am to 7:00pm or on weekends from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
