Imagine what you would do with more money in your wallet. Imagine that you can help clean the air and clear the freeways. It's no dream--you can have this and more when you have an AC Transit EasyPass.
The AC Transit EasyPass program offers qualified employers, residential communities, and colleges in the AC Transit service area with an unlimited pass that goes everywhere AC Transit serves-anytime.
The EasyPass works like an insurance plan-by paying for a large group of program participants; the per-participant costs are shared. By sharing in the costs, all the group's participants have an opportunity to use their EasyPass-whether they're daily AC Transit riders, use the service occasionally, or a newbie to the system. Every EasyPass is loaded onto a ClipperŽ regional fare card*, which contains an electronic chip that stores the EasyPass value. Instead of paying with actual money or inserting a paper ticket into the fare box, riders just tag the EasyPass on a reader each time they board a bus-it's that simple!
AC Transit has three EasyPass programs tailored to employers, residential communities, and colleges that offer a discounted group rate compared to regular AC Transit bus fares. Each one is easy to administer with extraordinary benefits.
* - The TransLink card has been rebranded and renamed, and is now called the Clipper card. Both cards work exactly the same.
