South Alameda County Policy Advisory Committee (PAC)

The South Alameda County Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) meets to review policy issues related to A.C. Transit Service and make advisory recommendations to the A.C. Transit Board.  The PAC will also provide a monitoring function regarding service and funding levels of Special Transit Service District #2.  PAC members will have authority to make recommendations back to their respective policy bodies. The committee is comprised of six membrs, two City Council members each from Fremont and Newark and two Board Members from A.C. Transit.  A staff member from each of the participating agencies will also be present at the PAC meetings to facilitate requests for technical information.
