Per the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s adopted Bay Area Transit Priority Policy for Roadways (MTC Resolution No. 4739), Project Sponsors applying for MTC discretionary funds of $250,000 or more must complete the Project Information Table outlined in the review form document as per the transit review requirements of the Transit Priority Policy for Roadways (TPPR).

AC Transit will provide high-level review and provide comments to Project Sponsors within 20 business days of receipt of the completed Project Sponsor portion of the AC Transit Agency Review Form. For complex projects or extenuating circumstances, AC Transit may request an additional 10 business days to complete the review, per the TPPR.

Project Sponsors for all other external project review requests are encouraged to complete the Project Information Table to assist staff’s review in a timely manner.
