Annual Reports
Even before service began, AC Transit was accountable to the voters who created it. The annual reports issued by the District chronicled its yearly achievements and provided a financial snapshot of the District with a balance sheet. First issued for the fiscal year of 1957-1958, the annual reports predate the beginning of service but begin a tradition of accountability and responsiveness to the public that the District continues to strive for today.
