Alejandro has brought consistency and structure to unit room organization, creating a more efficient and streamlined process flow for purchasing and inventory control to order parts for the unit rooms.

It is an honor to nominate and celebrate Mark as Employee of the Month. Beyond his excellent performance as an Operator, he also serves as a Line Instructor and a Mentor. His guidance and support have been key to ensuring the new operators are fully prepared to take on challenges with confidence and skill. He is a true Division 3 leader.

Willie is an exceptional team player who consistently goes above and beyond to support his colleagues. He readily steps up to cover additional shifts when needed and provides excellent customer service to passengers and staff. Known for his punctuality and unwavering courtesy, Willie treats everyone with respect and promotes a positive and collaborative work environment. 

Rafael

Janitor

Rafael consistently goes above and beyond in his role as a Facility Mechanic. He responds promptly to urgent repairs, ensures preventive maintenance is completed, and finds creative solutions to complex mechanical issues—all with a positive, can-do attitude. This past month, Rafael kept things “rolling” with the successful completion of the Lost & Found bike rack relocation project. Thank you, Rafael, for your outstanding work and dedication.
