Services Reliability Analysis Application

The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an application that will continuously and comprehensively analyze the District’s service reliability system-wide with the goal of improving its on-time performance through adjustments to schedules and layovers. The software should enable District staff to identify specific issues with existing schedules, make recommendations, rebuild schedules, and implement changes at a regularly occurring operator sign-up. The successful vendor will work with the District to provide services that meet the technical specifications and criteria set forth in the RFP.

Please submit an electronic version of your proposal conforming to the requirements stated in Section C.2 on Pages 4-5 of the RFP by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, July 2, 2020 to email@example.com. In the alternative, hardcopy proposals may be received by mail or personal delivery by the due date stated above in sealed envelopes to AC Transit District, 1600 Franklin Street, 6th Floor Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Eslyn Tripuraneni, Contracts Specialist. Proposers should ensure that the Price Proposal is in a separate sealed envelope from the Technical Proposal. All packages must be clearly marked “RFP 2020-1504 Services Reliability Analysis Application.”
