Service Changes Effective Sunday, April 5

AC Transit will make stop changes to better accommodate our riders and to reinstate stops along reconstructed roadways on Sunday, April 5. Minor adjustments will also be made to offset anticipated Sunday-Thursday nighttime Webster Tube closures due to the Oakland Alameda Access Project, which will likely begin in April.
Highlights:
- Drop-off only stops added for lines 51A and 851 on Park St. at Buena Vista Ave. to provide an option for riders on buses detoured due to nighttime Webster Tube closures, which will take place Sunday through Thursdays.
- Alameda-bound trips between 10pm and 5am on the following lines will use the Park Street bridge instead of the Webster Tube, increasing travel times by about fifteen minutes: 19, 96, O
- Stops for lines 51A, O, and 851 added on Fruitvale Ave. at Alameda Ave. in both directions.
- Stop for lines 74, 76, 607, 667, 675 at Richmond BART will move to share stop with Line 71 to Richmond Parkway Transit Center.
