AC Transit (the "District") is seeking bids from qualified small business construction firms to provide remodeling services at the District’s BRT Northern Layover located at 2103 San Pablo Ave, Oakland, CA. See IFB Manual, Specifications and Drawings in the attached for further description of services required.

The bid due date is hereby extended to February 19, 2020 at 1 pm addendum 1.

This procurement is open to certified small businesses. The engineer's estimate for this work is under $100,000.

To receive consideration, your bid must be delivered prior to the date and time for bid opening. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope properly endorsed as to the solicitation number (2020-10431), project title (BRT Northern Layover) with the bidder's name.

At the hour specified in the notice, the District will open, examine and publicly declare all bids received. Bidders, their representatives, and others interested are invited to be present at the opening of bids. A notice of award will be issued to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within a reasonable time after bids have been opened.
