Lines affected: 28 (to San Leandro BART), 35 (to Juvenile Justice Center), and 706
Bus stops along the middle lane (Aisle B) will reopen. Line 35 to Juvenile Justice Center will return to its regular stop behind Line 35 to Foothill Square.
