Written Public Comment
Members of the public are welcome to provide comments by attending a meeting or in writing. Written public comments submitted before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will help ensure the Board has an opportunity to read them prior to the start of the meeting. All comments received before the meeting concludes will be accepted and included as part of the official record maintained by the District Secretary. Written comments may be submitted using the eComment system (preferred) or by completing the form below. Note that written comments are only accepted for topics listed on a published agenda, including the portion of the agenda reserved for items not on the agenda but are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board.
