AC Transit is currently seeking applications from qualified individuals to fill one vacancy on the General Manager's Access Committee (GMAC). To be eligible for membership, applicants must live within the District's boundaries, utilize AC Transit service, and be a senior or an individual with a disability, or represent these groups. About the Committee

The General Manager's Access Committee (GMAC) was established in 2023 to review, comment and advise the General Manager and District Staff regarding the implementation of AC Transit's planning, programs and services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The GMAC consists of 14 members representing seniors and individuals with varying types of disabilities throughout AC Transit's diverse geographic area that spans from Richmond in the north and Fremont in the south to the hills of the inner East Bay.

Meeting Information:
Monthly meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. Meetings are typically held remotely unless otherwise specified on the agenda.
