Thank you for choosing AC Transit for your Group Travel. We realize there are many options for getting around and we appreciate your interest in choosing our service as your preferred mode of transportation.
If your group has 10 or more riders, please fill out and submit the Group Travel Notification Form below. We ask for a minimum 24-hour notification prior your intended trip, so we can help provide an optimal rider experience for you.
Please be advised that AC Transit is a public agency. Our primary mission is getting our riders to destinations according to our service schedules. As a result, AC Transit is not able to provide charter service nor guarantee a specific bus model to accommodate your group exclusively. Please be assured that we will provide helpful and necessary information, including trip planning tools, so you can inform and prepare your group participants.
PRE-PURCHASE TICKETS & PASSES
In order to expedite boarding, please consider assigning one person to pay for the entire group. You can find complete information about cost and method of payment on the Fares, Passes and Transfers page.
Pre-approved schools and non-profits can complete the Pass & Ticket Order Form. Please call the Customer Call Center listed under Trip Planning Resources below, or visit the AC Transit Customer Service Center for further assistance.
Businesses, travel groups and others can pre-purchase multiple tickets & passes with the AC Transit Official mobile app. In addition, you can buy Clipper® Cards for individuals within your group to pay for one fare per card. Clipper Cards are available at the AC Transit Customer Service Center or at participating retailers. If you require special assistance for loading e-cash on bulk purchases, please contact Clipper Card Services directly (approximately 7 - 10 days in advance) via online or by phone at 877.878.8883.
