Line 7 Extension Pilot Begins August 2023

Line 7 has been extended to the Emeryville Amtrak Station as a one-year pilot to restore transit service on Ashby Avenue that was discontinued when Line 80 was suspended. Line 7 will now connect downtown Berkeley to Ashby Avenue and Emeryville via Bancroft Way, Durant Avenue, and College Avenue. The Line 7 extension will begin August 6, 2023.

Line 7 will run every 30 minutes Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the line will run every 30 minutes from 7 am to 10 pm.
