Branden has been an outstanding backup lead on the late shift, ensuring buses are properly prepared and cleaned while coordinating with Dispatch to support reliable Owl service. His experience and troubleshooting skills make him a valued resource to the team. Last month, Branden went above and beyond by volunteering to cover shifts during holiday staffing shortages.
