AC Transit Receives California Energy Commission Funding Award

AC Transit has been awarded more than $4.5 million to upgrade the District’s Hydrogen Fueling infrastructure at its East Oakland Bus Division by the California Energy Commission. The award was given in response to a 2020 grant solicitation for zero-emission transit fleet infrastructure deployment as a part of California’s Clean Transportation Program.
